ABOUT THIS APPRENTICESHIP

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

As an HVAC Apprentice, you start your day working alongside skilled HVAC and plumbing technicians. Whether you're assisting with installing new heating and cooling systems or helping fix a plumbing issue in a residential home, you're learning the ins and outs of the trade. In this apprenticeship, your day is filled with hands-on tasks, from preparing tools and materials to troubleshooting problems, ensuring every job gets done efficiently and professionally. The best part? No high-pressure sales or late-night calls – just a supportive environment where you grow your skills and enjoy your work.

The Minimum Qualifications to Be Considered:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Residence within a 15-minute commute of our St. Cloud, MN shop
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle the physical aspects of the job
