Energix Renewables is seeking a Analyst, Strategic Finance to support the financial analysis and capital structuring of its U.S. growth platform. This role will work across development, M&A, and project finance initiatives, providing rigorous modelling and market analytics to inform investment decisions in PJM and broader U.S. markets.

This is a high-exposure role with direct interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional deal teams.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for utility-scale solar and storage projects, including IRR, NPV, tax credit optimization (ITC/PTC), capital stack assumptions, and scenario analysis.

  • Support project finance and M&A processes by conducting valuation analysis, sensitivity modelling, and investment return assessments.

  • Assist in evaluating financing structures, including debt sizing and tax equity scenarios.

  • Perform market analytics across power price curves, capacity markets, and cost-of-capital benchmarks to inform underwriting assumptions.

  • Support portfolio-level analytics and capital allocation analysis across development and operating assets.

  • Prepare executive presentations and investment memoranda for internal decision-making.

  • Maintain high modelling standards and analytical documentation discipline.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, infrastructure advisory, Big 4 transaction advisory, or renewable energy finance.

  • Strong financial modelling skills (project-level cash flow modelling, sensitivity analysis, return metrics).

  • Understanding of U.S. renewable energy markets and tax credits preferred but not required.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
