Responsibilities



  • Co-creating marketing strategies by developing plans, standards, and tools based on collected analyses and data;

  • End-to-end execution of marketing projects;

  • Monitoring and analyzing ongoing activities in terms of sales and cost effectiveness, including data analysis;

  • Cooperation with external agencies and internal departments in the areas of creative development and brand consistency;

  • Initiating and implementing solutions that support sales.


 


Qualifications



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an MPM role; experience in the IT industry will be an asset

  • Fluent Polish and English proficiency at least B2 level

  • Knowledge of the MS Office package

  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build strong, long-term business relationships

  • Openness to new ideas, experience in project management, and willingness to learn new tools

  • Very good time management skills

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: a. in the case of participation in a recruitment process under which employment will take place on the basis of an employment contract: in order to perform obligations resulting from the provisions of law, related to the employment process, including in particular the Labour Code – the legal basis for the processing is a legal obligation to which the controller of your personal data is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR)) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code), and in the scope of data not required by law – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); b. in the case of participation in a recruitment process under which employment will take place on the basis of a civil law contract (e.g. B2B contract or contract of mandate) – the legal basis for the processing of data contained in application documents is taking action before concluding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and to the extent that you have also provided optional data – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); c. assess the final candidate, verify your qualifications and skills and determine the terms of work/cooperation - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in effective recruitment and selection of the right candidate for work; d. complete the formalities after the selection of the final candidate, including the creation of a profile in the Controller's internal systems and the creation of a user account – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in ensuring an efficient recruitment process and the implementation of the final candidate to the Controller's organization; e. conducting future recruitment processes, if you consent to participate in them – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); f. establishing or pursuing claims or defending against such claims by the Controller – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). 5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller in connection with recruitment processes, such as operators of recruitment portals, recruitment agencies, as well as to providers of IT systems and IT services. 6. Your personal data may also be transferred to companies that are part of the ALSO Group, if the specific nature of the position you are applying for involves cooperation at group level. In this respect, there may also be a transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area. In this case, the transfer will take place with an adequate level of protection, including by transferring the data to countries for which an adequate level of protection has been issued by the European Commission (e.g. Switzerland) or by implementing contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission. 7. Except in the case described above, your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. 8. Your personal data will be processed for 3 months after the end of the current recruitment process and employment of the candidate or candidates selected by the Controller. If you agree to participate in future recruitment processes, your personal data will be processed for a period of 12 months from the end of the recruitment process. To the extent that the data is processed on the basis of consent – the data will be processed until its withdrawal, provided that its withdrawal takes place before the expiry of the retention period indicated above. The processing period may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to establish or pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the Controller. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent required by law. 9. You have the right to: access the content of the data and request their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and transfer of personal data. To the extent that the processing is based on your consent – you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. To the extent that the processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller – you have the right to object to the processing due to your particular situation. 10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. 11. In the case of employment based on an employment contract, the provision of personal data is required by law, including primarily the Labour Code. The consequence of not providing this data is the inability to consider your candidacy in the recruitment process. With regard to data not required by law, including the provisions of the Labour Code, and in the case of employment based on a civil-law contract, providing data is voluntary.
