Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is currently hiring a full-time Unarmed Security Officer for overnight coverage in the Boulder area. This position focuses on maintaining a steady on-site presence, supporting daily operations, and helping keep the environment safe during late-night hours.
The role is best suited for someone who is reliable, observant, and comfortable handling responsibilities independently while maintaining a professional approach with others on site.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and visible presence at assigned locations
• Assist with scheduled transport-related tasks when required
• Support individuals during entry, exit, and movement throughout the property
• Monitor surroundings for unusual activity or safety concerns
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site contacts
• Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details
• Operate company vehicles safely when needed
• Follow all post orders, site instructions, and company policies

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a regular schedule
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable attendance and professional conduct

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or a related role
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Experience with report writing or basic documentation systems

 

Work Environment

• Mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities depending on assignment
• May involve standing, walking, and occasional driving
• Overnight schedule requiring consistent focus and awareness
