We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven operational leader to join our team as an Assistant Recruitment Manager. This individual will play a critical role in driving day-to-day execution of our recruitment function, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across the team. This role is responsible for developing coordinators, reinforcing best practices, and maintaining high standards across all recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and people-focused—someone who doesn’t mind doing the day-to-day work when support is needed, can execute at a high level while coaching others, identifying gaps, and strengthening overall team performance. This role reports directly to the Recruitment Manager and partners closely with Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compliance teams.

What you’ll do:
Leadership & Team Oversight
Directly manage and develop coordinators, including performance management, coaching, and daily accountability
Lead training for both specialists and coordinators, ensuring consistency in execution, messaging, and candidate experience
Conduct regular call reviews and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve conversion and quality
Monitor daily activity and pipeline health across the coordinator function, ensuring targets are consistently met
Identify performance gaps and address them quickly through coaching, training, and accountability measures
Execution & Recruitment Ownership
Lead and execute recruitment efforts for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Conduct outreach as needed to support pipeline conversion and ensure hiring goals are met
Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for complex or high-priority requisitions
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent
Monitor candidate pipelines and proactively address gaps to ensure hiring targets are achieved
Operational Excellence & Quality Control
Own quality control across outreach, calls, scheduling, and overall candidate experience
Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with established standards, processes, and expectations
Identify inefficiencies or breakdowns in the process and implement corrective actions
Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Cross-Functional Partnership & Reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment priorities
Prepare recruitment metrics and insights for leadership, highlighting performance trends and opportunities
Handle sensitive or escalated candidate situations with professionalism and discretion
Respond to internal recruitment-related inquiries and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Read, write, and speak English at a proficient level
At least 18 years old
Have a working computer with a camera and microphone
Have a reliable internet connection
Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, including sourcing and full-cycle hiring.
1–2 years leading or formally managing people
Proven ability to coach and improve performance (not just hit metrics)
Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Proven track record of leading key recruitment projects and initiatives
Demonstrated ability to handle complex requisitions, prioritize competing demands, and manage high call volumes (100+ outbound calls/day).
1+ year of full-time remote work experience (remote experience related to COVID or hybrid does not meet this criteria).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
