INTERNSHIP SUPERVISOR & STAFF PSYCHOLOGIST
BIOLA COUNSELING CENTER, ROSEMEAD SCHOOL OF PSYCHOLOGY
The Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University is conducting a search for an Internship Supervisor/Staff Psychologist to begin in May 2026. Strong candidates will be clinical or counseling psychologists, licensed in California, with significant clinical and supervisory experience. Ideally, this person will have teaching experience as well.
The successful candidate will serve at the Biola Counseling Center (BCC), administered by Rosemead. BCC serves both student and community clients, functioning as a training clinic and an approved APA-accredited internship.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a psychologist to join the BCC team and enjoy a blend of clinical supervision and teaching in the broader context of an academic community. This is a full-time position with Administrative Staff/Faculty status and benefits, including health insurance, 403(b) match, tuition remission opportunities, and support for professional travel. In addition to salary and benefits, our Staff Psychologists have the opportunity to see private clients for additional income.
As a private Christian University, Biola seeks faculty who embrace Biola’s mission to equip students to serve and reflect the diverse kingdom of God. Viable candidates need to be in agreement with the Biola Doctrinal Statement and Standard of Conduct, with a compatible interest in relating psychological theory, research, and practice to the Christian faith.
