Aon is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, LATAM to lead experienced hiring across Latin America and support the execution of the delivery our Global Capability Centre (GCC) talent strategy for the region. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and acting as a key partner to the LATAM People Director, you will play a central role in shaping an Aon United recruiting strategy that enables business growth, builds critical capability and accelerates our GCC ambition. This role is located in Mexico City. The ideal candidate has fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

  • Build strategic partnerships with executive leaders and key partners, positioning Talent Acquisition as a critical growth enable
  • Act as a trusted Talent Partner to the LATAM Leadership team, using data, market insight and experience to inform better decisions
  • Partner with regional leaders to identify and hire Executive Talent aligned to future business needs
  • Lead and scale the LATAM GCC talent strategy, building critical skills, leadership capability and sustainable talent pipelines
  • Develop and evolve regional recruiting strategies across employer branding, sourcing and candidate experience, in partnership with the Global Head of Sourcing, Innovation and Digital Recruitment
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices across the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
    Lead and develop high‑performing recruitment teams, building capability, engagement and a strong performance culture
  • Champion the effective use of data, analytics and market intelligence to shape talent priorities and support business strategy
  • Enable teams to leverage technology, improve efficiency and deliver against key TA metrics, aligned to the Aon United strategy

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner credibly with senior leaders
• Significant end‑to‑end talent acquisition expertise, with proven experience in a senior TA leadership role, ideally within financial or professional services
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how talent strategy enables business growth and responds to organisational change
• Experience building and scaling talent strategies within a global, international organisation
• Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast‑paced, complex environment
• Proven capability to lead through change and transformation
• Creative, curious thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
• Strong process discipline with the ability to apply data‑driven analysis to deliver successful hiring outcomes
