Job Description

Pay: £13 p/h + potential bonus for time and attendance.

VPZ is the UK’s number one vape retailer. Since opening our first store in Edinburgh, we've expanded to over 190 locations across the UK and we're not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry.

About the role:

Due to continued increased production demand, we are expanding our team.

In this role, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our production line by monitoring machinery, working with raw materials, and carrying out essential quality checks and testing. You will also assemble, pack and label finished goods ready for shipment, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process.

Lots of overtime opportunities and a genuine chance of progression into more Senior roles within the Production team.

Hours

  • 8 hours per day between 6am and 8pm, Monday–Friday

  • 40 hours per week

  • Weekly rotating shifts: Early Shift: 6am–2.30pm Back Shift: 11.30am–8pm

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production processes and ensure machinery is running correctly

  • Feed raw materials into machinery and support smooth workflow on the line

  • Perform quality assurance checks and basic product testing

  • Assemble, pack, and label finished goods for dispatch

  • Accurately input production data into the computer system

  • Identify and report machine faults to the shift supervisor/manager

  • Maintain a safe and tidy working area, including routine cleaning of machinery and production spaces

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is beneficial

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team
