The Regional Sales Manager is focused on business development. Driven by the new number of patient acquisition, the RSM is responsible for new contract development and is the privileged contact for doctors and clinics and the RSM is responsible for their satisfaction state.Main activities
- Privileged contact for clinics, doctors, nurses and medical teams, promote Vitalaire services.
- Working closely with internal teams, develop the business, in a region defined, for new and existing clinics and doctors.
- Respecting the global VA business strategy drives qualitative and quantitative business objectives.
- Define and implement a business action plan adapted to the regional market situation.
- Responsible for the delivery commitment taken from clinics and doctors.
- Take part of the invoicing process.
- Update and work as pair with customer service on patient and doctors data
- Implement and follow up Tender business
Main tasks
- Manage new hospital contract development and define and implement a sales action plan
- Manage relationship with doctors and clinics by active visiting process (either way for new and existing customer)
- Prepare and pitch Vitalaire marketing offer to clinics and doctors
- Coordinate and operate new product lines training session to doctors and clinics with therapist
- Manage claims from doctors
Extra activities
- Organize and drive team meeting (internal and external)
- Organize and help on regional events
- Provide competitive, regulation and technology intelligence
- Manage the product lines price-list and quotation/contract edition
- Edit periodic activity report for business review
- Analyse sales evolution in the region

Are you a MATCH?
Profile
Bachelor or Master Degree
At least 4 years of sales experience with medical devices or in pharmaceutical environment
Existing network in pneumology - sleep stakeholders in the region
Knowledge of Oxygen, sleep, ventilation, diabetes environment
Fluent in Flemish - French - English
Customer - patient centered mindset and strong negotiation skills
