We bring planning, reporting, and automation together so people can focus on meaningful work instead of repetitive tasks. As we expand our AI-enabled capabilities, you will join a team where intelligent tools support better outcomes and people guide each decision with clarity and purpose.

We have teams and offices across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia.

Reporting to the Global Corporate Controller, the Regional Controller – EMEA will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls and operational excellence across the region.  You will lead a team of accountants driving consistency and excellence in financial reporting across geographic regions.  Additionally, you will be the primary liaison with external regional auditors and lead all audit and tax-related activities for all legal entities.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building scalable, technology-enabled finance operations that support growth, efficiency, and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Direct the Company’s day-to-day accounting operations across the EMEA region, including execution of operational accounting policy, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, revenue recognition, and other accounting activities.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and reporting processes including detailed analysis and reconciliation of all general ledger accounts and preparation of financial statements for multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and local statutory accounting and tax requirements, including VAT and other regional filings.
  • Manage external audit and tax engagements for all EMEA entities; ensure timely completion with zero significant findings.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance accuracy, scalability, and reporting speed.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive consistency in accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
  • Support strategic projects, including M&A integration, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.
