Now Hiring a Motivated Self-starter to Lead the Alpha Dumpster Sales Team in Beautiful Sarasota, Florida.

The Alpha Dumpster  Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer experience by actively managing current customer relationships and developing solid relationships with new customers. The Sales Manager will train, mentor, and hire the Alpha team to meet company sales goals, build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
 
Responsibilities:
* Hire, train, coach, and lead the Sales Team to provide support for customers.
* Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet business goals and streamline processes. Ensure lead follow up is timely.
* Answer and guide the sales team through difficult calls or issues to diffuse customer escalations. Resolve escalated issues as needed.
* Lead team meetings and provide clear expectations of best practices and goals.
* Support team by assisting as needed on projects and daily tasks.
* Researches and stays current regarding competitor services. Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry.
* Develops strategies and goals based on changing market conditions and customer needs.
