Job Summary

St Luke North Canton is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aid to join our team in North Canton, OH. As a Dietary Aid, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellness of our patients and residents by providing exceptional dietary support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks in a clean and efficient manner, adhering to established dietary protocols and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including the kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas
• Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meal service meets the highest standards of quality and nutrition
• Monitor and control food temperatures, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
• Assist with food inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
• Participate in inventory management and control, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
• Maintain accurate records of food consumption, waste, and inventory levels
