Are you ready to turn curiosity into confidence? We’re searching for a warm, energetic Lead Teacher for our two-year olds who’s passionate about early learning and helping little ones reach big milestones.

What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Inspire Growth: Support a fun, engaging classroom where toddlers explore, learn, and thrive.
- Build Bonds: Form meaningful connections with children and families that last well beyond the classroom.
- Set the Tone: Help maintain a clean, positive, and nurturing environment where every child feels at home.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 18 years old
- TCC, CDA or higher credentials in ECE
- One year of experience in a licensed childcare facility (Montessori experience is a bonus!)
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
