From Discernment to Deployment – We Can Help

Our two intensive programs are designed to fully immerse participants in the life of the church, equipping both men and women for biblically faithful service.

• Summer Internship – Experience ministry during the summer. (2 months, internship)
• 1-Year Internship – Discern your calling to church ministry. (12 months, part-time)

Assessment Process

• Phase 1 - Apply (10-15 minutes questionnaire to collect more detailed employment information)
  • Click 'Apply to Position' above!
• Phase 2 - Ministry Assessment (~60-minute questionnaire covering topics related to being a ministry worker)
  • Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent an email with a link to complete your Ministry Assessment.
• Phase 3 - Local Interview
  • The local supervisor(s) for this position will review your application and potentially reach out to conduct an interview.
