About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will engage with clients, manage records, and contribute to both sales growth and customer retention while representing the values of a premium brand.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients from initial inquiry through post-purchase experience.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and strengthen retention.
- Deliver high-quality service that upholds our luxury brand standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, consulting, or customer service).
- Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Proficiency with computers and tools like Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
