Job Summary

Under the supervision of the administrator, plans and provides instruction to individuals with exceptional needs, designated as severely handicapped. Performs related duties as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Possession of a valid California special education credential authorizing instruction to students with extensive support needs (Moderate/Severe or ESN); appropriate certification for teaching English language learners.

For applicants who have not yet obtained their credential, please indicate current progress in program, including exams passed.

Salary Info

$67,064 to $113,070 per year (2025-26 salary) depending on degrees and experience plus benefits up to $1,134.58 per month for single health coverage, $1,809.58 for 2-party, $2,009.58 family (incl. medical, dental, life, and vision). TSA options available

This recruitment is to establish an applicant pool for any Teacher for Students with Extensive Support Needs vacancies which may occur in the 2025-26 school year.
