RN - Sign-on Bonus & Benefits Eligible
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, 4 days a week
Serves as a clinical resource to IHS staff on issues pertaining to patients with wounds, pressure ulcers, ostomies, fistulas and incontinence. Provides direct patient care for evaluation and education purposes. Establishes and maintains practice standards and provides ongoing staff education.
Requirements
- BSN and a minimum of two years experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Completion of an accredited Wound Ostomy Continence ET Program and current Certification in Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good judgment and problem solving skills.
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
