What You’ll Own
- Set the tone from the start Welcome every customer with confidence, energy, and a genuine smile—first impressions matter here.
- Guide the experience Answer questions, recommend the right services, and help customers get the most out of their visit.
- Drive membership growth Educate customers on our services, promotions, and Unlimited Membership program—and confidently convert interest into loyalty.
- Turn service into loyalty Create real connections, handle questions or concerns with professionalism, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Keep the site experience sharp Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the entire location.
- Support the operation Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and keep lines moving efficiently.
- Stay proactive behind the scenes Assist with basic equipment checks, flag issues, and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Capture what matters Listen to customer feedback, communicate insights to the team, and log issues in systems like Micrologic to improve the experience.
- Follow through When needed, follow up to ensure we close the loop and deliver on our standards.

- Accurately handle cash and transactions in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier and lobby area
- Ensure shared spaces reflect EL’s high standards at all times
