Due to continued growth, we seek an accomplished and highly capable Account Manager to join the Dublin COE to provide leadership and direction
A varied multi-tasking role, which encompasses client relationship management (to the General Partners and Fund managers), reporting to high-net-worth investors, and daily internal/external communication combined with all relevant and associated administration
Job Duties in Brief:
- Build and maintain client relationships and act as their primary Investor Relations client relationship manager and an escalation point for their interaction with the team;
- Proactively manage the team’s daily workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and controls are adhered to;
- Ensure that Fund and Investor set ups are processed correctly and efficiently by the team and the associated records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively;
- Ensure that investor reporting and client reporting is accurate and distributed in a timely manner;
- Fully implement the CFS Global IR policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines;
- Liaise internally with the AML team, Treasury team, Fund Accounting teams, Compliance officer and Internal auditor;
- Represent the team at IR Account Manager meetings and assist with agenda preparation and minute taking;
- Chair bi-weekly team meetings to relay operational updates and discuss IR initiatives;
- Represent Investor Relations at on-site visits with clients and auditors;
- Propose and develop department-wide operational improvements in consultation with the other IR managers;
- Provide continuous coaching to team members on operational issues ensuring that system enhancements and process changes are implemented correctly and effectively;
- Conduct Interviews and participate in the selection process of new staff;
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members;
- Ensure utilising systems such as ECM, Moxie and AXI;
- Ensure compliant with SOC 1 requirements;
- Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple Private Equity clients;
- Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit process;
- Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, Subscription documents, PPM’s and other materials;
- Build out and manage internal Policy and Procedure documentation;
- Review, create and produce partner statements; call and distribution notifications and other correspondence;
- Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls;
- Review & approve of investor capital activity (call/distributions/transfers/rebalances);
- Prepare and review all activity within stated Service Level Agreements;
- Review and account for all Side Letter agreements including the Fund Accounting and Legal department where appropriate;
- Liaise with the training department to ensure all staff trained appropriately
About You:
- Degree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services)
- Four years experience of which three must be in an Investor Relations environment within a Hedge Fund/Private Equity Administrator
- 3 years in a senior administrator/supervisory role in an Investor Relations environment
