Job Summary
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The position of Program Development Assistant, Migrant Head Start Program (MHSP) is done for the purpose(s) of assisting the program to ensure data collection, analysis, reporting, monitoring and evaluation are conducted in accordance with Head Start requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three years of experience with data analysis or record keeping related to Health and Human Services, Child Development field and/or Head Start programs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with an emphasis in planning, record keeping, community relations, social work, psychology, child development or related field.
REQUIRED LICENSE:
Valid California driver’s license required upon hire. Position duties will require frequent driving throughout Riverside and/or Imperial County.
