Building Supervisor| New Boston

Monday - Friday & Rotating Weekends | 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

$18.00 per hour

The Building Supervisor ensures that all janitorial tasks meet company standards for cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene and appearance of buildings and facilities.   

  • Supervise, train, and perform hands on cleaning duties with staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety and cleaning protocols.
  • Ability to use an auto scrubber & backpack vacuum daily
  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained in good working condition.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
  • Address and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals.
  • This position may require working weekends and/or holidays depending on facility needs.
  • The role may involve exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and other environmental factors.
  • Other duties as assigned

    

   This position requires safety shoes/steel toe boots
