Rate of Pay:  Based on Experience

Duties/Responsibilities:  To assist the store manager and assistant manager with the day-to-day store operations, production, and other needed performance; to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Must be punctual, goal oriented, and have excellent communication skills. May involve walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have knowledge of fashionable clothing and desirable collectibles Experience as a supervisor preferred but will train the right person. Must have a valid driver license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
