Job Location:    Greenbridge - Xenia, OH

Salary Range:    $15.08 - $15.69 Hourly


Description

Ensure client safety and maintaining the integrity of the residential program. This includes monitoring clients, assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating recreational activities, and completing required documentation. The role plays a key part in fostering a supportive and positive residential environment that encourages client growth and achievement of treatment goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
  • Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks
  • Recreational activities
  • Clinical/facility documentation.

Qualifications


Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma

 

Preferred Education Certifications, and/or Experience

  • Experience with Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI) clients in a residential setting is a plus. 
  • Computer Experience
  • CPR/First Aid Certifications, De-escalation – TCN will provide upon hire
