Responsibilities:

• Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Assist with portion control, plating, and garnishing of food
• Participate in menu planning and special dietary needs preparation
• Assist with resident transportation to and from the dining area
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, storage, and distribution
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or patient care is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
