Role: The Manager, Demand Generation (B2C/SaaS) reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and works closely with a marketing team of 15 with the Partner Event Specialist who you will supervise. The incumbent will manager will both create and capture demand for Equisoft’s line of advisor (B2C) products including our CRM and financial planning tools for advisors. They will lead digital campaigns, paid search, organic search, social media, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, affiliate marketing, as well as other channels to drive qualified conversions and ultimately revenue

  

Your Day with Equisoft:   

Marketing

  • Build and execute a go-to-market plan for long term growth and success of Equisoft’s advisor products.

  • Create and maintain a calendar of programs, campaigns, and initiatives that generates qualified leads and pipeline for sales

  • Collaborate cross functionally with the wider B2C team including product, sales, customer success, and partnerships.

  • Lead our partnership and events channel with key partners.

  • Grow the advisor database by leading the growth of a variety of acquisition channels including search, affiliate, advisor tools, email, nurture, webinars, content syndication, 3rd party (MGA) partnerships, webinars, and more.

  • Ensure that marketing campaigns are providing ROI (return to investment) and that CAC (customer acquisition cost) costs to not exceed reasonable CAC payback periods.

  • Build and execute campaigns within hubspot. Optimize all channels to secure high ROI across paid, email and social. 

  • Work closely with our sales team to keep them informed about ongoing campaigns and design follow-up and nurture flows.

Team Management   

  • Define clear expectations and objectives with the team members; provide appropriate learning tools and activities to attain objectives

  • Consult frequently with team members and have regular touchpoints with each member of the team to discuss progress on goals, engagement, professional development and more  

  • Establish an open discussion for decision-making, foster new ideas coming from team members, encourage and support independent thinking  

  • Recognize and acknowledge the skills of key team members and utilize their strengths to the benefit of the team  

  • Evaluate results and provide feedback in a timely fashion  

Requirements:   

Technical  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience preferably within SAAS.

  • Experience managing and developing direct reports.

  • Experience establishing and executing demand generation plans

  • Knowledge of funnel strategy from “top of funnel” demand creation to “bottom of funnel” demand capture.

  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management

  • Technical expertise with deep knowledge of CRM (HubSpot), automation tools and Zappier

  • Excellent knowledge of French & English (spoken and written)
