As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate COTA to join our team at our Cleveland, OH facility. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. Your expertise will focus on helping patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health diagnoses
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop a plan of care that addresses patient goals and needs
• Implement occupational therapy interventions and activities to promote patient progress and independence

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Completion of an associate's degree or higher in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Rate: $35-$42/hour
