Dimensions Living Kenosha is looking for a dependable and caring Lead Caregiver to join our memory care community. This is more than just a caregiving role — it’s an opportunity to lead with heart, support your team, and help create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for our residents every day.
Position Details:
- Full-Time | 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm or 3pm–9pm)
- Includes On-Call Responsibilities
- Weekend/Holiday rotation as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support caregiving staff during shifts
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Respond promptly to resident needs while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing/leadership staff
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment
- Encourage resident participation in activities and social engagement
- Collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment teams to provide outstanding resident care
- Step in as a reliable on-call support resource when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Leadership experience or the ability to confidently guide and support a team
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Flexibility and reliability for on-call support responsibilities
