We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our engineering and QA teams. This role offers hands-on exposure in helping the team document existing systems architecture and workflows. It also involves direct interaction with our business partners to help our engineering and development team streamline and consolidate our testing scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting existing systems architecture, including components, integrations, and workflows to improve internal visibility and knowledge sharing.
- Organize and consolidate manual test cases and test scenarios into structured QA repositories, grouped by project for easier maintenance and execution.
- Shadow senior technical leads to gain insight into development practices and contribute to light technical tasks, including minor enhancements, debugging, or documentation updates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QA processes, test case management, or willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in business environment.
Preferred (but not required):
- Basic knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Experience with documentation tools MS Project.
- Knowledge for MS Software Package (Excel, MS Word, Power Point, and File Manager).

Salary: $28 an Hour.
