Job Description

Onsite Sign Group is hiring a high-performing Executive Sales Assistant to work directly with our Sales Team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up jobs for sales team
  • Communicate with customers via phone & email
  • Maintain updated notes and dates for all active projects
  • Coordinate/Communicate changes in schedule
  • Report/Liaise with Sales & Senior Project Managers

 

This is a fast-paced role involving the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously. You must be comfortable managing shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Confidence to ask questions, seek information, and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities
  • Professional phone manner and the ability to convey technical information clearly

 

Work Environment:

  • In-office role based in Lloydminster
  • Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with one (1) hour lunch (overtime as needed)
  • Company Benefit plan (eligibility after 3 months of employment)
  • Three (3) weeks vacation after one (1) year of employment
