Onsite Sign Group is hiring a high-performing Executive Sales Assistant to work directly with our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up jobs for sales team
- Communicate with customers via phone & email
- Maintain updated notes and dates for all active projects
- Coordinate/Communicate changes in schedule
- Report/Liaise with Sales & Senior Project Managers
This is a fast-paced role involving the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously. You must be comfortable managing shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Confidence to ask questions, seek information, and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities
- Professional phone manner and the ability to convey technical information clearly
Work Environment:
- In-office role based in Lloydminster
- Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with one (1) hour lunch (overtime as needed)

- Three (3) weeks vacation after one (1) year of employment
