Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will support and lead key HR operations and employee-focused initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources while partnering with team members. You’ll gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment designed to support your professional growth and development. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations through administrative and project coordination across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and new hire orientation. 
  • Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and materials for leadership and HR initiatives. 
  • Gain exposure to core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations. 
  • Partner with the HR team and internal stakeholders to support and lead engagement activities and other HR programs. 
  • Participate in and lead other Human Resources projects as assigned. 
Key Performance Indicators
  • Handles employee questions and requests professionally, providing clear information or escalating issues appropriately while maintaining a customer-service mindset
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and respect when dealing with sensitive employee information and workplace matters
  • Effectively prioritizes tasks, adapts to changing needs, and works collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Current student working towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required). Junior or Senior status is preferred.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a professional work environment is a plus.
