- Carry out operational activities aimed at the management of human resources
- Carry out the operational activities concerning personnel administration for the Italian firms of the Group
- Carry out operational activities supporting the testing of personnel administration and management of the Group’s firms
- Supervise the activities of report and statistics drafting, related to recruiting, management and administration of the Group’s personnel
- Carry out recruiting activities in accordance with corporate indications
- Support the Corporate HR manager in the development of the Group’s working projects and tools
- Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
- Apply the Corporate Principles and Values
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources or legal / humanistic subject;
- Fluent speaking in English;
- Previous experience in HR, Recruitment or similar is a plus;
- Fixed-term contract for temporary replacement.
