Bambola is hiring a dynamic Floor Manager to lead the dining room at one of the Seaport’s most exciting new supper club destinations.
This is not a traditional restaurant manager role. We’re looking for a polished, high-energy leader who understands that hospitality is performance — where vibe, music, service, and world-class Italian cuisine all move in sync.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and inspire front-of-house team during service
• Drive an elevated, high-touch guest experience
• Manage floor flow, reservations, and service standards
• Maintain energy and presence in a high-volume, high-profile environment
• Coach staff to deliver confident, seamless hospitality
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years FOH management experience (high-volume or upscale preferred)
• Strong floor presence and leadership instincts
• Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness
• Ability to command a room without disrupting its energy
• Passion for hospitality, food, music, and culture
