Zinda Law Group is hiring! We are looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play an integral role in the firm's long-term growth by leading all our Training & Development efforts. This position is a hybrid work from home/in-office role. The Training & Development coordinator should expect to come into our Northwest Austin office about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the training and development of all employees at all levels;
- Train new hires as well as current employees moving into new roles at the firm;
- Identify new training areas;
- Develop training plans and assist in creating new training materials and agendas;
- Pinpoint needs, create metrics, and set goals for training and development throughout the firm;
- Coordinate and schedule training for all employees including new hires;
- Monitor and review performance to ensure work is being completed accurately, timely, and at a high level;
- Ensure team members timely complete training certifications;
- Report to management on the training and development of attorneys and staff;
- Deliver feedback to employees on employee performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 1+ years of related experience in Training and Development, Human Resources, or Education;
- Experience supporting and assisting with professional development and/or training programs;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Able to effectively communicate with others, from staff to executives;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- Strong written and verbal skills;
- Project management skills;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
