Job Description
Manage and supervise project/site activities
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution
Prepare reports, quotations, and technical documentation
Manage day-to-day facility operations (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and without downtime
Monitor service quality and performance standards
Act as the point of contact for clients/tenants
Handle complaints, service requests, and escalations
