TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position begins August 31, 2026 for the 2026/27 school year.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Plan and implement instructional program for a Two- Way Immersion class. Assess student needs and performance, give instruction, and report progress to parents.

This position requires a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for all students. The successful candidate will demonstrate a dedication to ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed, recognizing and addressing barriers to academic achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Oregon Elementary Teaching License, with an ESOL/Bilingual endorsement.
• Ability to meet job description requirements and district standards for teachers.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Physical demands needed: ability to communicate with students, co-workers, and the public; ability to communicate over the telephone; ability to respond to telephone, bells, students, co- workers, etc.; ability to respond to classroom disturbances, visual cues, student requests, etc.; ability to operate office equipment; ability to carry or lift light loads (25 lbs).
