Job Description

About The Role:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness, continuity of supply, and alignment with overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, driving transparency, performance, and continuous improvement across sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
This role combines strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands‑on operational execution to deliver measurable business outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement through inventory and logistics

  • Take full accountability for supply chain performance, results, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth plans

  • Own and maintain key supply chain processes, KPIs, policies, and governance frameworks

  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and compliance

  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and finance

  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics; identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks; develop contingency and business continuity plans

  • Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and cost efficiency

  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process optimization

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback

  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g. EASA, FAA, AS9100)

  • Leverage supply chain systems, analytics, and digital tools to improve visibility, automation, and decision‑making

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management with accountability for operational and financial results

  • 7–10 years of experience in aerospace sourcing and general business or related industries

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of supply chain strategy, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience in leading Continuous Improvement activities using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and tools

  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in dynamic environments

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and performance tracking

  • Proficiency with supply chain management systems and ERP tools

  • Knowledge of aerospace standards (EASA, FAA, AS9100)

  • Fluent Polish & English skills

  • APICS / Six Sigma certification preferred
