Job Description

Supervise 35-40 3D Tech Summer Institute students in a residential life setting. Responsible for overseeing morning wake-up calls, lights out, afternoon study hall, evening programs, weekend field trips, and other activities as needed. Work with a team of motivated student mentors while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. We require experience living/working in a residential hall, a background check, an interview with the 3D Assistant Directors, and that all applicants attend a 5-day orientation and training (June 22, 2026- June 26, 2026) prior to the start of the 2026 VTSU 3D Technology Summer Institute.

Time Commitment
● Sunday-Saturday for a total of $3,750 for 7 weeks.
● Current VTSU students are welcome to take 3D summer courses and earn college credits for free.
● Students will be present on the weekends so we require mentors to be able to work these days as well.
● There will be time-off periods for staff throughout the week.
Dates: June 22, 2026 - August 8, 2026
