Immediate Openings – 2nd & 3rd Shift
We are currently hiring for:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Full-time and part-time roles available
Base pay starts at $18.20/hr and increases with experience/education.

What You’ll Do as a DSP
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with:
Personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities (ADLs)
Medication administration and health monitoring
Meal preparation and dietary support
Transportation and community engagement
Encouraging independence, socialization, and meaningful relationships
Every day, you’ll help someone overcome challenges and achieve more independence.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid Michigan driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compassion, reliability, and a team-focused mindset
