About The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help fuel

Claio's growth in the health and dental industry. This is a high-impact opportunity for a

proven prospector who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to build

pipeline from scratch.

As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, researching target

accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.

You'll bring your own playbook while helping us refine ours. If you've got a track record of

crushing quota and want to make a real impact at a growing company, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare and dental space

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate

qualified meetings

• Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria

• Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activity and results

• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance

• Learn the Claio product inside and out to effectively communicate value to prospects

• Contribute to refining outbound playbooks, messaging, and cadences based on

what's working
