Diehl Collision has a position open for a Collision Center Manager at our Washington collision center. Responsibilities:
- Quality Control
- Meeting and exceeding DRP objectives
- Manage estimators, csr, and techs
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Manage Open ROs
- Maintain proper amount of work in process
- Set and meet monthly top line sales goals
- Update customers on the process of their repair
- Review final product with customer
- Handle any customer complaints
- Manage team including recruiting, hiring and termination
- Work together with the sales, parts and service departments
- Maintain a clean work environment including a clean shop and tools
- Minimize and track any waste, including rework
- Maintain proper KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet and Material
- Expected to have $170,000 - $200,000 monthly sales
Requirements:
- Two years management experience, but will train the right candidate with solid estimating experience
- PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License
- Some experience with CCC One
