JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech-language pathology services offered by Capitol Home Health.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate of a Master's or Doctorate program in Speech-Language Pathology(SLP), and is licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State of Texas.
  • Possesses and maintains American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) years' clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in a Home Health, preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation
