YOUR TASKS
Key Responsibilities – Product owner & People
Management
Lead team of engineers and
technical leaders in area of software development based on AUTOSAR Diagnostic
software.
Act as Product Owner for the Diagnostics team within the SAFe Agile framework.

Own and manage the Diagnostics product backlog, ensuring clear definition, prioritization, and readiness of features, enablers, and user stories.

Ensure Diagnostics deliverables are aligned with Program Increment objectives, platform strategy, and customer expectations.

Drive project management
activities ensure efficient planning, smooth execution and on time
delivery meeting quality expectations of projects in agile.
Foster a high-performance
culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous
improvement.
Responsible for
performance management as line manager for the team
Responsible for capability
development and individual development initiatives
Responsible
for global and local stakeholder management –  Project/Product/Program managers and
business owners


Key Responsibilities – Technical
Provide technical guidance
and review for design, development, configuration, integration, and
validation of AUTOSAR Diagnostics software.

Drive improvements in
development workflows, configurations, automation, and integration
quality.
Collaborate with global
FORVIA HELLA teams to ensure alignment on architecture, platforms,
software reuse and standardization in Diagnostics solutions.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in
  Electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
  
• Overall 12+ years of
  experience in automotive embedded software development, with 5+ years of
  experience in AUTOSAR Basic Diagnostic software
  
• Proven experience in
  leading and managing engineering teams of 10-12 members
  
• Know-how of automotive
  development processes (V-model, ASPICE, CI/CD).
  
• Strong expertise in AUTOSAR Diagnostics (DCM, DEM, UDS).
  
• Experience working in SAFe Agile framework, preferably in a Product Owner role.
• Know-how of vector Davinci
  configurator and Developer tools and workflow in AUTOSAR environment
  
• Good in interpersonal,
  communication, and conflict-management skills.
