Dietary Aide

Job Summary:

Allure of Stockton, a skilled nursing and healthcare center, is seeking a talented Dietary Aide to join our team! As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food as assigned, following established policies and procedures
• Assist with food preparation, meal delivery, and cleaning responsibilities
• Ensure safety precautions, life safety, and infection control policies are followed
• Gain knowledge of diets and menus, and prepare tray preparations according to prescribed menus and resident preferences
• Distribute snacks to the nursing department as needed
• Stock store room and bring stock out as needed
• Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, wipe pantry shelves, scrub baseboards and walls, and clean appliances and equipment
• Invite and arrange for families to eat with their related residents periodically
• Clean and sanitize all carts, wash and put away dishes, and take out garbage and recycling

Requirements:

• Part-time - 4pm-7pm
• $15 HOURLY competitive salary
• 1 years of experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent customer service skills
