As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, communicating with insurance partners, and ensuring a seamless repair process from start to finish. Experience with DRP programs—especially Mercury—is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Write and manage repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell.
- Work directly with insurance companies, including DRP partners.
- Communicate effectively with customers and production staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to OEM repair procedures.
- Manage supplements and negotiate with adjusters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous collision estimating experience required.
- Mercury DRP experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality repairs.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Excellent communication, Negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Safety and customer service oriented.
- Self-starter and self-motivator.
