To perform designated tasks assigned by the shift supervisor, Food Service Director and Lead Supervisor. This will include preparing the cafeteria for service, serving line, operating the cash register, answering the telephone, cashier reports, breaking down and closing the cafeteria after each meal. Maintain a high standard of sanitation and safety in the cafeteria. Follows policies and procedures; knows the importance of age-specific needs as defined in the age-specific competency checklist.
