🦺 Senior Health and Safety Manager
Lead field safety across environmental and construction operations
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO (Hybrid – field + office)
Travel: 25% (regional + occasional nationwide)
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000
Type: Full-time, exempt

You will own the execution of safety across field operations — not just policy, but what actually happens on job sites.
This role partners directly with operations leadership to drive accountability, support field teams, and improve safety performance across multiple regions. You’ll spend time where it matters most: in the field, influencing real outcomes.

What you’ll own
- Execution of health & safety programs across all field operations
- Safety performance and accountability with operations leaders
- Oversight of incident investigations and corrective actions
- Consistent implementation of safety standards across regions
What you’ll do
- Spend regular time in the field (approximately 1 day per week) supporting job sites
- Partner with project managers and superintendents to manage risk
- Lead and support safety inspections, audits, and compliance efforts
- Review and guide incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Track and drive closure of corrective actions
- Support development of Health & Safety Plans (HASPs) and safe work practices
- Use safety data to identify trends and drive improvements

What you bring
Must have
- 8+ years of safety experience in construction, environmental, or oil & gas
- Experience supporting or leading field-based safety teams
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to influence operations leaders and drive accountability
- Experience with incident investigations and safety compliance
- Willingness to travel ~25%
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to have
- Industrial hygiene experience (air monitoring, exposure assessment)
- CSP or CIH certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays based on project needs
