Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time School-Based Role
San Antonio, TX | 2026–2027 School Year

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a school district in the San Antonio area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role offers a consistent school schedule, strong team collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' daily functioning and success.


Position Overview

As a school-based OT, you will work with students to develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond. This includes supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care skills, and overall independence in school activities.


Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday school schedule
  • No evenings or weekends
  • School holidays and breaks off

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
