- Identify necessary tasks to update reservation details across different platforms in a timely manner.
- As new updates to reservations occur, workflow automations in one platform (Intercom) indicate the actions that need to occur in other, external platforms.
- Identify the appropriate task(s), take the necessary action(s) and record their actions internally.
- Accuracy, speed and close attention to detail are critical to success in this role
- Evaluate membership applications to ensure they met the company's criteria
- Maintain accurate records of membership statuses and applicant details
- Handling information with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations
Requirements
- Prior BPO experience (preferred but not required)
- Computer Literate (Mac OS) - preferred
- Able to start immediately
- Excellent English communication skills
