Requirements

• Master's prepared experienced nurse educator
• Implements ANA Standards of Professional Development
• Manages educational software and online resources (EBSCO, LMS, LEXicomp) 
• Develops curriculum utilizing innovative teaching modalities including power points, gaming, e-learning and simulation 
• Creates and revises policies and competencies 
• Aligns educational initiatives with organizational goals
• Participates in nursing research, evidence-based practice and quality initiatives 
• Leads staff development and remediation 
• Promotes diversity, inclusivity and adapts to learner needs and preferences
