• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
• Oversee and monitor FM teams and service providers
• Prepare, manage, and track budgets, service charges, and financial reports
• Ensure achievement of KPIs and SLA standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants
• Handle tenant queries, renewals, and lease coordination
